CAPITAL TRADE IMPORTAÇÃO E EXPORTAÇÃO LTDA. recognizes the need for protection and effective management, respects, and complies with the requirements set forth in the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), Law No. 13,709/2018, which addresses the protection of personal data, particularly concerning personal information collected or to be collected on our website.   • Right to Withdraw Consent for Data Processing (Art. 18, item IX): The right of the data subject to withdraw consent previously given for data processing;
  • Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decisions (Art. 20): The data subject has the right to request the review of decisions made solely based on automated processing of personal data that affect their interests, including decisions intended to define their personal, professional, consumption, and credit profiles or aspects.
  • Confirmation of the existence of or access to personal data will be provided upon the data subject’s request (Art. 19):
    I - In a simplified format, immediately; or
    II - Through a clear and complete statement indicating the data’s source, the non-existence of records, the criteria used, and the purpose of processing, observing commercial and industrial secrets, provided within up to 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the data subject’s request.
